Please note: Our establishment is not suitable for individuals with walking difficulties or disabilities. Our building features multiple sets of stairs and steps, which are unavoidable due to its cliffside construction, and we do not have a generic ground floor level. Regrettably, we do not have a lift, and therefore, we are not wheelchair accessible. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Pets: Yes, we do accept pets (dogs). There's a fixed cleaning charge of £30.00 per stay, payable upon check-in, which covers a deep clean of the hotel room after checkout. Guide dogs, assistance dogs, and hearing dogs are exempt from this charge with proof.

Parking: Unfortunately, we do not have parking available on-site. However, public and residential parking is available nearby on Belgrave Road and Park Avenue. The Grove Car Park, located at 2 Marlborough Rd Ventnor, Isle of Wight PO38 1TE, UK, is a short walk away and offers parking options payable by coins, Pay by Phone, and card.

Check-in and Check-out: Check-in time starts from 15:00. Check-out time is at 10:30.

Beach Access: While we are not directly on the beach, our location atop a hill provides private steps leading directly to the beach from our terrace.

Bike Storage: Yes, we provide a secure metal bike rack for guests at our entrance. Guests are advised to bring their own lock for this facility.

Smoking: Smoking is not permitted on balconies; please use designated smoking areas.

Ferry Offers: We offer discounts with Wightlink Ferries, accessible through an affiliated booking link. Discount percentages vary throughout the year, typically ranging from 15% to 35%.

Interconnecting Rooms: Unfortunately, we do not have interconnecting rooms available.

Additional Bed/Cot Fees: Z-beds can be added for £10.00 per bed, per stay, suitable for children or teens. Cots can be added for £5.00 per cot, per stay, subject to availability and room capacity.

Payment: Payment is due upon check-in by card payment only. Apple Pay is accepted, but we do not accept American Express or cheques.

Travel Times: The travel times from various ferry ports to our location range from approximately 30 to 40 minutes by car.

Town Centre Proximity: We are just a 3-minute walk from the town centre.

Closest Train Station: Shanklin train station, located 2 towns away, is the nearest train station.

Closest Bus Stop: The closest bus stop is Ventnor Boots, serviced by the number 3 bus.

Room Amenities: Each room is equipped with towels, linen, a hairdryer, safe, fridge, tea and coffee making facilities, toiletries, and a television.

Sea View and Balcony: Not all bedrooms have a sea view and balcony; please check the room type when making your booking. Some rooms offer views of the street and may not have a balcony or sea view.
