Every year, approximately 55,000 festival-goers make the journey to the Island for a truly memorable weekend of live entertainment.
With a history spanning decades, the Isle of Wight Festival has played host to some of the most celebrated artists in music. From rock legends and chart-topping bands to genre-defining solo performers, its stages have welcomed icons including The Rolling Stones, The Who, Coldplay, Foo Fighters, Fleetwood Mac, Kings of Leon and Muse.
Memorable headline appearances from artists such as David Bowie, Bruce Springsteen, Paul McCartney, Jay-Z and Amy Winehouse have helped shape the festival into the world-renowned event it is today, attracting music fans from across the globe each summer.
The Isle of Wight Festival takes place each year at Seaclose Park in Newport, set within the stunning Isle of Wight UNESCO Biosphere Reserve. Recognised for its unique natural environment, the Island was only the seventh location in the UK to receive this prestigious designation.

Isle of Wight Festival Shuttle Service
Following the success of our 2026 service, we're delighted to be offering our dedicated festival shuttle once again for 2027.
Our minibus shuttle will operate between Belgrave Road and Coppins Bridge Car Park, with convenient morning, afternoon and late-night departures throughout the festival weekend.
Seats are available from just £10 per person, per journey, making it an easy and hassle-free way to travel to and from the festival.
