Please note that our breakfast service is temporarily paused during the off-peak season. Breakfast will return in April and will resume as part of our regular offerings.

Start Your Day Right at The Wellington Hotel
Wake up to the perfect morning at The Wellington Hotel, where breakfast is a treat not just for our guests, but for island residents too. From warm, flaky pastries to a classic Full English, every bite is designed to delight, and if a glass of Champagne feels right, we say go for it!
Breakfast is served daily from 8:00 to 11:00, from April through September, giving you a relaxed and delicious start to your day.
On sunny mornings, enjoy your meal on the terrace, with sweeping views over Ventnor Bay creating a breathtaking backdrop. Should the weather change, our cosy restaurant offers an equally welcoming setting for a leisurely breakfast.
To make your visit smooth and enjoyable, breakfast time slots are arranged during check-in. For those on a Room Only stay, breakfast can be easily added upon arrival. Non-residents are welcome too - simply book your table via The Fork, and we’ll have everything ready for your perfect morning.
