Who is DJ Omar?
Spinning professionally since 2001, Omar made his name on the of the Isle of Wight, inspired by the golden era of early 2000s Trance and House. Two decades on, he’s still setting dancefloors alight across the UK – from iconic festivals like Isle of Wight Festival, Bestival, Mutiny, and South Central, to legendary clubs like Turnmills, Heaven, SE-One and beyond.
With a signature sound rooted in uplifting dance and the versatility of an “open format” DJ, Omar blends everything from House to Hip Hop, keeping the crowd guessing and the energy high. Having shared stages with the likes of Axwell, Dave Pearce, Rob Da Bank, Freejak and Reggie Yates, his sets are packed with guaranteed crowd-pleasers.
But it’s not just about credentials—it’s about connection. Omar’s love and enthusiasm for this day, and his unwavering support for The Wellington Hotel, have made him a beloved part of our community.
